The second unit used for electric heating and heat transfer oil furnace must formulate operating rules for electric heating and heat transfer oil furnace. The operating procedures shall include the operation methods and precautions for starting, running, and stopping the electric heating heat transfer oil furnace. The operator must operate according to the operating procedures.
Article 3 The pipes in the range of electric heating and heat transfer oil furnaces shall adopt insulation measures, but the covering measures shall not be adopted at the flange joints.
Article 4 In the process of ignition and boosting, the electric heating and heat-conducting oil furnace shall keep the exhaust of the pipeline unblocked, so as to discharge the air, water and organic heat carrier to mix the steam. For the gas phase furnace, when the temperature and pressure of the organic heat carrier correspond to the corresponding relationship, the exhaust gas should be stopped and the normal operation should be entered.
Article 5 Organic heat carrier must be dehydrated before use. Different organic heat carriers should not be mixed. When mixing is required, the mixing conditions and requirements should be provided by the organic heat carrier production unit before mixing.
Article 6 The organic heat carrier in use shall analyze its residual carbon, acid value, viscosity and flash point every year. When there are two unqualified analyses or the content of the heat carrier decomposition component exceeds 10%, the heat carrier should be replaced or The heat carrier is regenerated.
Article 7 The heating surface of the electric heating and heat transfer oil furnace shall be inspected and cleaned regularly.
Article 8 After the installation or major repair of the electric heating and heat transfer oil furnace, the hydraulic test of 1.5 times the working pressure shall be carried out by the use unit and the installation or repair unit before putting into operation. For the gas phase furnace, the air tightness test shall be carried out according to Article 15. Only after passing the test can it be put into operation. When the hydraulic test and the airtight test are conducted, the local boiler safety supervision agency shall send personnel to participate.
