In 1996, the door frame of the 1.45m2 forging furnace of key equipment was transformed, and the water cooling was changed into the air-cooled and water-cooled hybrid door frame. After more than 5 years of use, the structural performance was intact, and it is expected to reach a service life of more than 10 years. .
2 Modifications The air-cooled and water-cooled hybrid door frame adopts air-cooling and water cooling as the supplement. The air-cooled system is supplied by a new 4kWG9-26 blower, consisting of two cycles, inside and outside. The cold air of the inner circulation enters the transformation work by cooling the inner ring of the door frame into the bow passage of the high-aluminum brick.
The entry into the flue (see) not only cools the oven door but also cools the door bow. The outer circulation passes through the bypass cooling duct, and the recovered hot air merges into the blast tube and enters the combustion chamber (see). This not only cools the furnace door frame but also allows the waste heat to be fully and effectively utilized. Through the cooling of the inner and outer circulation systems, most of the heat of the furnace door frame has been taken away. The residual heat cooling is completed by the second protection line of the furnace door frame and a water cooling system. The water cooling system supplies water to the furnace door frame without interruption, and the heat absorbed by the cooling water is evaporated by the water vapor, and only needs about 0.01t of water per day.
